From: Mr. Ed on 22 Feb 2010 16:27 I am having a hard time wrapping my head around how to do this task in Access. I have a word document (does not have to stay in word, can be a report) where I have the following layout. Label1 Record1Field1 Record2Field1 Record3Field1 Label2 Record1Field2 Record2Field2 Record3Field2 Label3 Record1Field3 Record2Field3 Record3Field3 Label4 Record1Field4 Record2Field4 Record3Field4 Label1 Record4Field1 Record5Field1 Record6Field1 Label2 Record4Field2 Record5Field2 Record6Field2 Label3 Record4Field3 Record5Field3 Record6Field3 Label4 Record4Field4 Record5Field4 Record6Field4 There are more fields and it essentially produces a 4 x 4 matrix with the first column being the label and the other three being data producing 12 records per page. I have tried columns but it will not print the label column on the left.....HELP!
