Prev: How do I delete the END time for appts on Outlook 2007 calendar?

From: kgduke on 17 May 2010 21:14 I too am really frustrated that Outlook 2007 Calendar doesn't show all the appointments I have when PRINTED. I know I can see them on the screen by switching to Day or Week View, but what I need is a calendar that I can physically carry around with me that shows all of my appointments. Why have a calendar that doesn't seem to be able to perform the basic functions that define a calendar: record all of my appointments so I can read them. Any work arounds?

The Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant helps to address that. There are other tools as well. Find many here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

If you turn on the Navigation Pane to the left of the calendar (View:Navigation Pane:Normal) then whatever weeks you highlight will be shown on the large monthly calendar. You can choose between 1 and 6 weeks. The less weeks you choose - the more appts/day you can see.
