Need with with 4125 RWW Not Working

OK, now I'm running out of ideas. I completed the BPA and resolved everything. Yesterday morning I temporarily swapped out the router for another one I know works and I still get the same thing. I still think there is something not right on the SBS 2008 but for the life of me I can't find it. By not being able to RWW into even the server it tells me this is NOT a missing software issue. We can even leave the XP Pro workstations out of it for right now. It's the server. What else is there to look at? If I have an SBS 2008 server and a Windows 2008 R2 server running as a Terminal Server (Remote Desktop Services) I thought I would direct 25, 443, 4125 and 987 to the SBS 2008 and 3389 to the RDS server. Now at appears I need 25, 443, 987 going to the SBS and 3389 going to the RDS leaving off 4125. I'm also assuming that for my users who are using just the RDS I need to have their account in the SBS 2008 since the RDS is part of the same domain. Are my assumptions correct? Is there anything you have come across that talks about setup/best practices running this scenario in configuring an RDS box in an SBS 2008 domain? I've been through that Merv. The machine I am connecting from is a Windows 7 Pro machine. I use the same machine to connect to other networks so it's not this remote machine.
