A qualified candidate must have experience in .NET C#, SQL Server 2005 and CE, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Microsoft Sync Framework. The candidate must be experienced in full life-cycle development and have a strong attention to detail, adherence to standards, fluent in the English language, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to work directly with the client and work individually and with minimal supervision. The candidate needs at least 5 years developing in .NET and SQL Server. The candidate should hold B.S. in Computer Science or related field This position requires someone with a lot of normal WinForm .NET development. A person that has had some experience in ASP.NET would be great, but they really need to have done projects where the person has done Windows desktop application development. In conjunction, if the person has experience in Microsoft Sync Framework, that is a huge bonus too.
