I have Windows XP pro.

I have just connected a new HDD 1Tb Seagate ST31000528AS
sata.

It appears on the "Device Manager" in the MyComputer
properties.

But it doesn't appear in Windows Explorer!

What am I doing wrong. Please help.

Windows Explorer only shows valid partitions. Run Disk Management to
create a partition(s).
