In the last week I have cleaned 3 machines that had the registry messed
up by malware. If you clicked on a *.exe it would try to open Adobe
Reader. I ran a fix from Microsoft exefix_xp.com. This repaired the
registry and I got big ups for knowing what to do. I put the file on my
repair usb drive and it is now part of my tool kit.
