Unlikely. That's purely the cost via exchange rate. You forgot to add
the Apple tax (& VAT). It'll probably be �199, if not more.

And: Apple said prices might be affected by contract conditions.

I can't imagine getting one at that price sim-free... (Not that I
want one, however)
