In MenuSuite 10 the following forms should be added:

Under Sales - History the
Form 5159 Sales Order Archive
Form 5162 Sales Quote Archive
Form 5005151 Blanket Sales Order Archive

Under Purchase - History the
Form 5164 Purchase Quote Archive
Form 5167 Purchase Order Archive
Form 5005251 Blanket Purchase Order Archive

The first 4 forms belong to Navision standard forms and are very useful,
when the customer archives automatically his completely invoiced orders.

The forms 5005151 and 5005251 belong to NAVDACH and may be included in
MenuSuite 20.
