From: uzapuca on 20 Jan 2010 13:57 Hi guys, I am kind of new to Outlook. I would like to know of any fast shortcut (for Save as) or a Macro? I work in a NGO and due to the Haiti crisis we recive like 500 emails at day. I have to save each one them and ONE BY ONE that says Donations (not all emails says donation). I would like to know if there is any way i can select a bunch of emails and save them all at once to my disk location not having to do it one by one. Any help or ideas, Cheers, S -- uzapuca

If you want a single text file, you can select all, file, save as. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "uzapuca" <uzapuca.59d3698(a)outlookbanter.com> wrote in message news:uzapuca.59d3698(a)outlookbanter.com... > > Hi guys, > > I am kind of new to Outlook. > > I would like to know of any fast shortcut (for Save as) or a Macro?
