There seems to be no USB support in Virtual PC 2007.
What should be done to try to debug kernel mode USB device driver, making
virtual machine O.S as target?
Should i go for VMware?

VMWare does an excellent job of supporting USB devices in the guest OS.

I haven't debugged the actual USB driver itself using VMWare, but I have
debugged higher-level drivers. For example, debug NDIS protocol and filter
drivers bound to USB network drivers.

Good luck!

Odd. USB works great in the Windows XP Mode of Windows 7, and that's based
on Virtual PC. I've even run my high-speed isochronous web cam through it.
