You'd need to use VBA that looks for the delete event. It would need to be pushed out to all the desktops - you can do that with a log on script. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "Darlene" <Darlene(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:D7B30E01-9254-4C3E-8EA5-D61CA7A2DED1(a)microsoft.com... > I am interested in making it more difficult for anyone in the office to > delete calendar items by having notification before it is deleted.
