From: Leza on 7 Dec 2009 12:24 I would like to number my recurring appointments, so they read: 1 of 5 2 of 5 3 of 5 4 of 5 5 of 5 Is this possible without having to type it manually in every occurance?
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 7 Dec 2009 21:40 No, its not possible and if you make every appointment an exception you are likely to corrupt them. If you need them numbered, don't make them recurring. (Copy and paste the appointment to a new date to avoid retyping.) -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "Leza" <Leza(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:62B0B7A0-35E1-4708-8CB3-1C5ED98A0A65(a)microsoft.com... > I would like to number my recurring appointments, so they read: > 1 of 5 > 2 of 5 > 3 of 5 > 4 of 5 > 5 of 5 > Is this possible without having to type it manually in every occurance?
