From: Maanu on 31 Mar 2010 09:11 Hi, I have numbered items items in a cell. I pressed ctrl+tab before the 5th item to make it the sub item of 4th item. Nothing happened. Is there any options to correct this? Thanks, Manu

Read Help; Index and enter "Outline" in the Find box. HTH, Twayne`

From: Amadeus on 31 Mar 2010 13:25 What you need to do is increase the indent. In Word 2007 (and I think this also applies to Word 2003), first, create bullet number 5, then right click on the line and select "Increase indent", which should then give you bullet "a" which is indented as a sub item. There is also a button in Word 2007 on the Home tab under "Paragraph", which does the same thing. "Maanu" wrote: > I am talking about a cell inside a table in word. > > > "Suzanne S.
