From: Hung on 11 Jun 2008 14:13 I am using MS Document Scanning with HP Photosmart C6150 (MS Office 2007 on Windows XP). I often got the error message "Microsoft Document Scanning has encountered a problem and needs to close..." The error details show that this is a "OCRDCOM failure" (attached) but I have not found any report of this type of problem or a fix anywhere. This error occurred during the OCR phase, the last phase before sending the TIF file to MS Document Imaging. Has anyone seen similar problem, and could you help with a solution? Thank you very much.
