From: Registrar on 6 Apr 2010 14:15 I'm getting an OL-226-A error in my One Step Update. I've removed all my accounts and added them again. The accounts are all working, but I still get the error. I've been getting it since 2008. I've upgraded twice since, hoping it would resolve. I've tried following the instructions on the self- serve help (removing the QEL file, etc.) on previous versions to no avail. It's really annoying to get the error each time. Any suggestions?

Sometimes there is some garbage in the Quicken folder that is not removed on upgrades. -- CSM1 http://www.carlmcmillan.com

If there is some leftover garbage, the following may help the reinstall. http://quicken.intuit.com/support/articles/getting-started/installation/4108.html -- John Pollard news://<YOUR-NNTP-NEWSERVER-HERE>/alt.comp.software.financial.quicken Your source of user-to-user Quicken help

I don't have anything very specific. Have you read the following Intuit kb article on OL-226 ... especially the last part about checking your Connection Log for errors? http://quicken.intuit.com/support/articles/online-services/download/2601.html -- John Pollard news://<YOUR-NNTP-NEWSERVER-HERE>/alt.comp.software.financial.quicken Your source of user-to-user Quicken help
