What may trip us up is the Exchange Rollup is listed as an Optional update
in WSUS. I expect that since installing this the problem won't occur. It
hasn't for me since last night.

Run windows updates OR check wus for Exchange Roleup 9
It seems to be fixing the issues.

I had a SBS 2008 server do the same thing to me this week. This post has been
very helpful. I'm applying Rollup 9 this weekend and will see if that works.
