From: Graham Mayor on 18 Dec 2009 01:22 You are obviously aware that objects in Word cannot span pages, but if you select a suitably sized portion of your spreadsheet that will fit on a page and copy to the clipboard then in Word Edit > Paste Special > Bitmap - check the link box, the clipboard content is inserted as a bitmapped image which can be scaled to fit your page, and which remains linked to the sheet so that it will reflect changes. The bitmap will also retain its inserted size. Repeat for the other 'pages'. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> "woodis" <woodis(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:733438A4-BB94-46C4-9664-A2FAEE392284(a)microsoft.com... > Thanks for the reply macropod.
