All my co-wrokers have the add-ins tab on their ribbon but my ribbon does not
have the add-ins tab. How can I get the add-ins tab?

The tab appears when you install an add-in that attempts to create toolbars (as
would be normal for add-ins designed for Office 2003 nad previous).
