I have downloadet office basic 2007 60 days trial.
Can I purchase an activation key, which is designed to activate the newly
purchased computer installed Office?

No. Office Basic is OEM only. This, as an OEM product can only be
"purchased" through your computer's manufacturer. See:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101754511033.aspx for all of the
various suites available.

If you want Office retail you should search online for the version of Office
you need (site listing suites above) with the programs you need and then
purchase from the reputable site found there. Microsoft's licensing via
online purchase through Digital River is normally more expensive than
purchasing from a reputable company and you would also have an actual
install CD/DVD if something went wrong.

Many times Amazon.com has the best prices and most times also has free
shipping on their own product line and many other reputable suppliers that
also have good prices.
