Hi,
I am a new user to matlab.

1. I am working on segmentation of multispectral images.Initially I will be doing edge detection.

Can anyone tell me, after performing edge detection on an image , how to fill the regions with different value so that I can use the regions for further classification.

2. How to find the values of mask or kernel if only the function is given?
