For the transfer of my Orange number to 3, which took place more than 2
weeks ago, I should get �10 credit. Looking at the balance in My3 there is
0.92p labeled as Won't expire but �10 is labeled as Queued. Why and what
does that mean?

P.S. I haven't got a clue where 0.92p came from.
