By installing it, you invited M$ to make your system more secure.
They did exactly that...from their perspective.
No reason to deride a program for doing what you asked.

If you don't like what they did, from your perspective,
you should not use the program.

Personally, I NEVER run any program from M$ unless there's no other
option...M$ is more interested in helping M$ than in helping me...
as they should be from the shareholder perspective...but that's just my
perspective.
