I have a user who can only save or cancel when downloading a docx file from
an intranet. No option to open directly. Not likely an IIS issue on the
server as others can do this. IE7 is the browser. Have reset all settings to
default. File associations all appear correct and the user can open the same
file if it is first saved on a network drive with no problem. The os is xp.
Any suggestions?
