This is cute: in 32 bit Win 7 you can

1) create a new folder
2) name it GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

.... and have a handy one-stop tweakin' shop. I just tried it and it works.

There is a warning against trying this with 64 bit version.
