From: Daku on 12 Mar 2010 05:43 Could some Java guru please help ?? I have a JSP, from inside which of which I do a POST to a Servlet, which then does some operations inside its 'doPost' method and at the end dynamically generates a Web page. Currently, this page is rendered inside a frame. How do I make the page be rendered inside a popup window ? Any hints, suggestions would be of immense value - thanks in advance for your help.

It's an HTML question: use the "target" property in your <form...> tag: <form action="http://something.com/somefile" method="post" target="_blank"> -- Tim Slattery Slattery_T(a)bls.gov http://members.cox.net/slatteryt

This is a pure HTML and/or JavaScript question. I suspect that the "modern" way of doing with be an AJAX style post and have the result being displayed in a popup. Arne
