From: PeeDee on 13 Jun 2010 15:29 Running Windows XP, and wondering if there is a place or option in Internet Explorer where I can set it to open as a full window. At present, IE opens as a partial window. Just can't find a setting for this. Thanks in advance.
From: Alan Edwards on 13 Jun 2010 17:51 Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize) Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the size next time. ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows -Internet Explorer On Sun, 13 Jun 2010 12:29:42 -0700, in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, PeeDee <PeeDee(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >Running Windows XP, and wondering if there is a place or option in Internet >Explorer where I can set it to open as a full window. Create a new shortcut on your desktop that uses this command line: cmd.exe /c start "Internet Explorer" /max "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IExplore.exe"
