Ir I have a Word or Excel window open, and i open another, it opens BEHIND
not in front of the active window. This is awkward, especially if I'm opening
a password protected file as I have to close or minimise the fromnt windows
to find the password pop up.

This has only started happening since I upgraded to W7 from XP

What can I do to make new windows open on top of existing ones?
