Hello:
Is there any way to make the desktop alert blink when new mail arrives?
Does anybody know how to customize the desktop alerts in 2007 beyond what can
seen in Tools| Options?

You can't make the desktop blink, but the Outlook Taskbar handle should blink.

Customize the alert in what way?
