From: danny63t on 26 Feb 2010 23:05 Outlook 07 in Windows 07 is crashing when receiving inbound email. I've run Office Diagnostics 3 times with no problems found. I've done an Office Repair at Add/Remove Programs. Still crashing. Can anyone recommend a solution.

From: danny63t on 27 Feb 2010 14:46 Outlook opens and runs normally unless inbound emails are being received. As emails are being received, Oulook displays the message: MS Outlook Has Stopped Working - MS Outlooks is looking for a solution to the problem. Then Outlook restarts. I works normally again until I click on Send/Receive and start to receive inbound emails. Then it does it all over again. This happens each time consistently. The problem began this past week. The only system change that I can recall during that time was the installation of MS Streets and Trips. I did a System Restore to 2/23/10 - before the installation of Streets and Trips - but the problem still occurs. My Outlook 07 version is (12.0.6514.5000) SP2 MSO (12.0.6425.1000). My operating system is Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. "Leonid S. From: danny63t on 27 Feb 2010 14:58 One additional note. I accessed my email account via webmail and deleted all of the inbound emails. Then, in Outlook, I did a Send/Receive, and the process completed without restarting Outlook. So, the problem only occurs when receiving inbound emails when there are any on the email server.
