Good day,

Outlook 2003, Windows XP.

My email format is set to RTF. I do not use Word to modify or edit email
messages.

When creating a new email, I click Insert>Object, choose Create from file,
Link, Display as icon.

Problem: the icon does not display, only the filename.
I choose another icon, no can do.

Why is this?
