Hi everyone. I have started a new job and I am having an issue with my
Outlook. Whenever I try to open it to get my emails, I get the following
error message:

C:/Documents and Settings/myname//Local Settings/Application
Data/Microsoft/Outlook/outlook.ost is in use and cannot be accessed.

It then goes on to suggest that I close other applications, then it shuts
down.

Please note the file extension as OST and not PST.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
