When I try to open Outlook, I get the following error: The exception unknown software exception (Ox40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x7813461a. Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program When I tried to reinstall the software using my Office 2003 application disks, the installer failed to initialize with a similar issue. Check your workstation's event logs.

Yes, it worked fine up to Saturday, when my computer became infected with Virus Burst software and other sypyware. I disinfected the computer, and this problem appears to be the only issue. > Check your workstation's event logs. What am I looking for?
