From: brickman on 22 Mar 2010 09:05 Is it possible to display BOTH emails and calendar at the same time on one screen? I think I saw it in newer versions of Outlook. Thank you for any help.

I think I saw it in newer versions of Outlook. No need to ask multiple times. Outlook 2003 can display the Inbox and Calendar only in separate windows. When viewing Inbox, right-click the Calendar folder and choose Open in New Window. Tile the two windows as you wish. If you click File>Exit in the main window without closing the second window, Outlook will remember you had both windows open and reopen them both when you start it again. For Outlook 2007 and later, you still don't have Inbox and Calendar in the same window, you have the "To-Do Bar", which is a combination of your upcoming events and your current tasks. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

I think I saw it in newer versions of Outlook. Thank you for any help. Right-click on Calendar, choose Open in New Window. Now you have two Outlook windows. Either manually resize them or tile them. Outlook 2007 has what is known as To-Do Bar. Last I remember, that's a new feature for 2007. Let me know if this does not answer your question. -- Leonid S.
