From: rodney on 11 Mar 2010 16:44 we are having a minor issue with a few users with thier calendar being off by an hour? these are all users with new machines, with all updates installed, and also using new blackberrys, also with the newest OS installed. i maintain a windows server update server in our domain, and push out all of the approved updates, so i know that they are installed. any ideas??? ok, more info on this. i believe its the Outlook client on the end users machine, as i was able to log into his account in webmail and any new appointment i set up for next week was fine, except for when he look at it in his outlook it was behind by an hour(10am appointment show at 9am for him).

From: rodney on 11 Mar 2010 16:51 its set correctly in outlook and OS Diane Poremsky [MVP] wrote: > Check the time zone and DSL setting on the computers. >
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 11 Mar 2010 17:04 It's wrong somewhere - this is classic time zone setting problems. If it were a week or so later, I'd say one computer wasn't updated for the DST changes - if you have vista or win7, they have the new DST definitions (and you said newest os). its possible the blackberrys have the wrong time zone. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "rodney" <spam(a)yahoo.com> wrote in message news:4B9965EF.80909(a)yahoo.com... > its set correctly in outlook and OS > > Diane Poremsky [MVP] wrote: >> Check the time zone and DSL setting on the computers. >>
