From: netadmin_MI on 5 Feb 2010 08:29 We just implemented a new Exchange 2010 server. I have connected all of our clients with Outlook 2007. The default message size restrictions in Exchange is 10mb. We have modified the setting on our send and receive connectors to 20mb. Unfortunately, we still receive and error in Outlook when trying to attach a file larger than 10mb. However, when we switch from cached mode to Online mode it seems to get the new settings from the server and we can send larger attachments. Does anyone know of a way to force the Outlook client to get all of the new settings from the Exchange server?

In a EMS type get-transportconfig have a look at maxSendSize and MaxReceiveSize. br "netadmin_MI" wrote: > We just implemented a new Exchange 2010 server. I did check the transportconfig and it is only set to 10mb. However, even when I change the settings, Outlook still does not recognize it unless I am in online mode. I can also go in and setup a new Outlook profile under the mail icon and that works. That doesn't fix my problem though, I don't want to go to each client and create a new profile. The synchronization doesn't seem to pass those type of setting changes.
