From: Anthony Allport on 30 Jan 2010 15:36 I'm having problems with Outlook freezing. I've tried disabling add-ins - but to no avail. I cannot disable them from inside Outlook as the program doesn't seem to want to give me Administrator rights. When I try running Office Diagnostics I receive the message: "You cannot run Office Diagnostics because you do not have sufficient permissions. To run Office Diagnostics, access to the Microsoft Windows event log is required. Typically, Guest accounts and user accounts with reduced permissions do not have access to the Windows event log." Any advice would be gratefully accepted... Tony |
