From: SHachborn on 16 Dec 2009 12:54 When a users sets up up a meeting request for an hour (or however long) and sends out this request to other users. The users who recieve the meeting can make corrections to the title date ect, but they cannot check the box "All day event" how can this be made available to check. Thanks
From: David C. Holley on 16 Dec 2009 13:35 If I'm not mistaken, that's something that only the Meeting Organizer can do since its a component of the specifics of the meeting. The 'All Day Event' checkbox is just for that - to indicate that its an All Day Event as opposed to meeting of a few hours. From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 16 Dec 2009 13:51 Because it's a meeting request, invitees can't change the time and date. They'd need to propose a new time. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "SHachborn" <SHachborn(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:D47531B8-A0CA-4200-9449-2E0C493A8910(a)microsoft.com... > When a users sets up up a meeting request for an hour (or however long) > and > sends out this request to other users.
