Well then, something is interfering with the proper reception of the MIME structures, either because it was faulty when sent or because something between the sender and your Outlook affected the data stream. AV programs are the most common, but certainly not the only cause. Only you can determine the rtue cause, since we can't investigate what's on your PC. Actually, I have Windows Defender running and was running Norton but I removed Norton with the hope that I wouldn't get garbled emails like I've reported above. However, I'm still getting garbled emails. Any thoughts?
