Contact the person that sent the message and ask if they may have renamed a .msg file to .eml and then attached it. OE, natively, cannot open the .msg format. If that's what they did, ask them to simply forward the original message to you. Note: This newsgroup specializes in MS Outlook 97,98,2000,2002, 2003, and 2007.
