My Outlook 2003 has suddenly lost its menu bar (i.e. no more File, Edit, View
etc. menus). Also, the Standard toolbar I had is gone.

I am not aware that I changed or fiddled anything with the menu bar, it just
disappeared when I started up Outlook today. Any idea what happened and how I
can get the Menubar back?
