Outlook "Recover Deleted Items" issue

From: Fuzzy Logic on 23 Nov 2007 14:13 We are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003. And users are able to recover individual items with Tools>Recover Deleted Items... But when a folder has been deleted and they attempt to recover it they get the error: "Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in this folder. Make sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this folder, and try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator." and nothing is recovered. If they then go into OWA and attempt the same thing it works fine?! Why is this and why can't I recover the folder in Outlook? TIA

Can't go to 2007 without paying for the upgrade. Just curious why it works in OWA but not Outlook? |
