From: Brahio on 3 Feb 2010 13:08 Hello I was wondering if there was a feature in Outlook(2003) that would allow to enter a task or calendar entry and allow to email the reminer to a person or group, but not add to that person(group's) calendar. I had this feature in my previous company with Lotus Notes... There was an option to add an entry in my calendar and you could send the reminder to those not invited...so it would not need to be on their calendar.... thanks for any ideas Brahio

Outlook does not have the ability to send reminders by mail. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
