From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 9 Apr 2010 10:01 So there is no way the first account could be downloading the message? Add the Account field to the view to verify the account that downloaded it. (Turn off the reading pane, right click on the row of field names and choose Field Chooser. Find the Account field and drag to the row of field names.) -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Raul" <jjkgr(a)hotmail.com> wrote in message news:uNWH#591KHA.3744(a)TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl... > OOPS! forgot to provide this info: > Outlook 2007 > two accounts; different name, password > Outlook should reply with the account that receive the email. > > Thanks, > Raul Rego > "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" <outlookmvp(a)msn.com> wrote in message > news:27D210F8-D7A2-4709-94AC-57D172E67809(a)microsoft.com... >> Version of Outlook? Folder sets and not accounts. Multiple POP accounts in Outlook all use the same folder set by default. There's only one Sent Items folder for POP accounts. > Can I write a rule to MOVE it to the appropiate account? How? You can create a rule to move a copy of outgoing messages to another _folder_, not to another account. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
