From: confusedoutlook person confusedoutlook on 17 Feb 2010 19:25 I am receiveing the message "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" when I click on a link in an e-mil message (outlook 2007). This started all of a sudden. I am using office 2007 (with outlook), and running vista ultimate 32 bit. I recall installing Google Chrome and them uninstalling it. My mail problems started after the uninstall of Google Chrome.
