Using MS Trackball Explorer wheelmouse with doubled ended cursor displayed...
for a minimal movement, scroll speed is so fast that email cannot be read.

How do I slow Outlook's scrolling speed down (working fine with all web
pages).

That would be a function of the mouse driver, not outlook.
