how do I permanently delete names from Outlook autocomplete? starting to type in the "To" section populates a drop-down. It has been suggested to arrow down to the address I want to delete and hit the delete button. That removes the name until the computer is restarted for another session. The names return. backing up emails-files locked down our company auto wipes all emails after 90 days and I want to save emails that I've filed to my personal folders, however, I can't find any .pst files anywhere to copy/backup. Does anyone know of an "easy" way to save emails in a locked down environment? I tried to copy the outlook data folder without success. ... 6 May 2010 13:06

Why do email addresses reappear after I've deleted from bufer? I delete names from the buffer by arrowing down and hitting delete. They disaapear for the session, but when I start up my computer again they all reappear. I recieve many one-time e-mails that I respond to. Those names remain and the buffer fills.
