can't open outlook window message...
Okay, when I got the above message I googled like a good'un and found the "outlook.exe /resetnavpane' solution. But - I now have to type that in every time I start Outlook. Outlook inserts extra spaces into edited replies & forwards
Check the box next to "Mark my comments with:" and delete everything in the text field. Then uncheck the box. Viola! Works in Outlook 2003, which I have.
