how do i get the 'open or save' pop up when opening attachments?

After installing 2010 Beta I want to return to outlook 2007. I purchased originally as stand alone download and cannot find anywhere to re-install. Email Templates Problems

My email fails and ask for network password. The only way I can get it working is to go to Yahoo mail sign out, sign back in and reboot the computer. This happens about every 5 or 6 days. Outlook Birthday Reminders keep reappearing after being dismissed
