What you need are the Intel ICH10-R RAID/AHCI drivers, as the SATA1-6 connectors are attached to the ICH10-R. You also need the Intel Matrix Storage Manager installing. I use the same mobo under Win7x64 and have 2xSSD in RAID 0 (SATA1,2) as boot drive and 4x2TB (SATA 3 thru 6) Hitachi drives in RAID 10 as data drives. Completely stable so far (6 months use.) Try uninstalling the Marvell drivers, install the Intel ones, rebooting and then re-create your RAID1 volume. HTH, -- Rob

Most recommend a re-installation of the OS. The e-SATA connector is on the back panel - ie accessible only from outside the box, as it is meant for use with an external drive (external is the 'e' part of eSATA.) You could use it with an internal drive, if you can find a way to route a cable back inside the chassis (maybe via an unused PCI card backplane slot) and use an "e-SATA to SATA" cable. HTH, -- Rob
