Dear all,
I'm sorry to ask so basic questions but there are some things I don't understand...
I have to do a project on microarrays and I have datas for hundreds of genes for different people (sick and healthy).
My problem is that I don't know what to do from the beginning (I would like to find the most interesting genes to say: that's guy is healthy or not) but I don't even understand the PCA function in Matlab. Could you please help me? I know math but here I have some doubts on how to apply what I know on these real datas....
